Tastings
To talk about our wines and our land we have imagined three cognitive itineraries
Sensory tasting
Immersive tour that starts from the enchanting garden to get to the heart of our production: the cellar. We will descend into the suggestive tuff cellar which almost invites us to contemplate and meditate and we will spend time in the welcoming tasting room where sight, smell and taste will be engaged in savoring two Tenuta Le Vignole labels combined with a selection of typical seasonal products of the area The tour will be guided by industry experts who will illustrate the production process and manufacturing techniques. The duration will be approximately one hour and thirty minutes, bookable upon availability, from Monday to Friday with a minimum of 2 people.
“Falange” tasting
The cellar is the beating heart of our estate, it is there that the bunches arrive a few hours after being harvested by skilled and careful hands who preserve their value and integrity, ready to be transformed into wine. Matter that transforms, taking on other appearances and other beauty. Its doors will open wide to welcome guests and to reveal to them the processing and production phases of our wines. Passing through our garden you will be welcomed into the tasting room where you will taste 3 Tenuta Le Vignole labels accompanied by typical local products. Walking on a glass pane you will be able to observe the enchanting barrel cellar from above where large and small French oak barriques welcome the most precious nectar to cure it and raise it to the right maturation before being bottled.
Off-road wine experience
A fascinating journey that begins with an immersion in our lush vineyards located on the hills of Castelvenere aboard a historic off-road vehicle reserved for our guests. Not just wine and bubbles but you will learn to recognize the different varieties of vines grown by our family. The farmers have internalized their shapes and colours, almost as if they were their own creatures and by their wise and delicate movements the bunches are preserved from the sun and atmospheric agents which undermine their integrity. The vineyard almost becomes an extension of man, who raises and protects it. The succession of seasons and the biological rhythm are recognized on plants but in the same way they furrow the face and hands of those who take care of them.
